VIRTUAL Trade Up! Contextual Leadership Five-week Series June 2023

The Trade Up! Contextual Leadership program, facilitated by Susan Elliott-Rink, provides a methodology for helping leaders, professionals, and emerging staff identify and address their blind spots using practical tools and reflection. Individuals often have habitual ways of acting and behaving that can get in the way of their commitments (e.g., well-being, peace of mind, confidence, communication, authentic relationships). Contextual leadership allows organizations to reveal and eliminate any invisible constraints and limitations that are operating in the background of the organizational culture.

In order to attend a five-week series, you must have completed an introductory program (one or two-day intensive, company-sponsored session, and/or individual work with Susan).

Hosting up to 16 attendees, the VIRTUAL five-week series will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 4 p.m. on Thursdays - June 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29. The sessions will be held on the Zoom platform.

Please select the ticket option to register and confirm your spot. EventBrite allows you to pay via credit card, or you can select the invoice option to pay by check. The cost of the full five-week session is $200. Tuition concessions are available upon request; contact kristy@ovfv.org with questions before registering for the session.

If you are interested in registering multiple team members from your organization (limited to 6 per organization), you may do so through EventBrite by selecting "Reserve a spot" and increasing the number of tickets.

By submitting this registration form, you are confirming an available spot at the event. If you are no longer interested, please let us know immediately so that we can open that spot for another attendee. Your seat is not final until payment is processed.

In order to get the maximum value from the program, we ask that you clear your calendar for the duration of the program. If you are unable to do so, we recommend that you participate in another program that works for you. If you can't commit at this time, know that there will be another five-week session starting in the fall along with other session types.

If you register for the five-week series and have not completed another Contextual Leadership session, we will refund your payment if you pay via credit card on EventBrite and help you find another opportunity.
